Processing time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

We ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days from the date of dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipping costs

Free shipping on all orders across Australia. No minimum order required.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your order through the carrier’s website.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, please contact us at support@scalpa.com.au and we will investigate the issue promptly.

International shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping is not available at this time.
