How to request a refund

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos of the product if damaged or defective

We will respond within 24 hours with instructions.

Condition of returned items

Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the product has been misused or damaged through user error.

Refund processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@scalpa.com.au. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
