How long does delivery take?

How long before I see results?

How do I use the brush?

Fill the built-in oil dispenser with your preferred hair oil or serum. Turn on the device, select your vibration speed, and massage your scalp for 5 minutes. Use daily for best results.

What oil do I put in the dispenser?

Any hair oil or scalp serum works — castor oil, argan oil, rosemary oil, or any of the Scalpa oils. We recommend starting with Rosemary Oil, which has the strongest evidence base for stimulating hair growth.

Is it safe for colour-treated or bleached hair?

Yes. The Scalpa device uses only light therapy and vibration — no heat, no chemicals, no contact with colour molecules. It’s safe for all hair types and chemical treatments.

Can I use it every day?

Yes — daily use of 5–10 minutes is recommended for best results. The USB-C rechargeable battery lasts approximately 3 weeks on a single charge.

Is it waterproof?

The device is splash-resistant but not fully waterproof. Avoid submerging it in water.
